These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of velourandco.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase made from us. The Site is operated by Bellevarie Ltd trading as Velour & Co, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17026133), registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Products

We sell women's lingerie and intimate apparel. All descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason prior to dispatch.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order (stock, pricing error, delivery area), we will cancel and refund in full.

7. Returns and refunds

Consumer returns are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes the statutory hygiene-seal exemption for intimate apparel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, layout) is owned by or licensed to Bellevarie Ltd and protected by UK and international copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our liability to you for any loss arising from an order is limited to the price of the product purchased.
