Velour & Co is a British lingerie label built on one simple idea: that what you wear underneath should make you feel as good as what you wear on top. Our collection spans everyday essentials — soft bras, breathable knickers, comfortable sleepwear — and statement pieces like lace babydolls, sculpting bodysuits, silky robes and classic corsets. Every piece is chosen with one question in mind: would we want to wear it ourselves, every day, with confidence?

Our mission

We believe lingerie should not be a luxury reserved for special occasions. It shouldn't be uncomfortable, intimidating, or priced out of reach. Whether you're throwing on a t-shirt bra before the school run or slipping into something more romantic for date night, every woman deserves pieces that fit well, feel wonderful against the skin, and make her smile when she catches her reflection.

That's the brief we give ourselves when we curate new styles. Comfort first. Confidence always. Beautiful design that holds up after the tenth wash.

How we got here

Velour & Co was born from frustration. We kept buying lingerie that either looked beautiful and felt terrible, or was comfortable but came in three shades of beige. The high street versions we liked were expensive; the cheap options were scratchy and poorly made; and the "sexy" options at the back of the department store were never designed with real bodies in mind.

So we set out to build the brand we wished existed — a British label curating a focused, rotating collection of intimates that are genuinely comfortable, carefully sized, honestly priced and properly packaged. No gimmicks, no push-up hype, no airbrushed marketing nonsense. Just pieces you will actually reach for.

What we stand for

• Quality fabrics. Soft French-style laces, breathable cotton blends, stretch satin and supportive mesh. Every piece lists its fibre content so you know exactly what you're buying.
• Real UK sizing. We size in UK measurements, not vague S/M/L labels. If a bra says 34C, it fits a 34C — full stop. Every product page includes a size guide and honest fit notes.
• Inclusive fit. We're growing our range so that more bodies are celebrated — we listen to customer feedback on fit and reorder the pieces that actually work on real women, not mannequins.
• Discreet delivery. Every order is dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The sender is shown as "Velour & Co" — no mention of "lingerie" or "intimate apparel" anywhere on the outside. What you ordered is nobody else's business.
• Hygiene & peace of mind. Every item arrives in a sealed hygiene bag so you can try pieces on at home with confidence, knowing nothing has been returned or handled before you.
• UK customer care. A real person answers every email. No chatbots, no outsourced help desks. If something goes wrong, one of us will put it right.

Our quality promise

Every item in our collection is checked for finish, stitching and labelling before it leaves our partner warehouse. If you receive anything that doesn't meet our standards — a loose thread, a missing tag, a wonky seam — tell us within 30 days and we will replace or refund the item in full, including all postage. That's our baseline, not an exception.

Price & value

We keep our prices honest. You shouldn't need to wait for a sale to buy lingerie that fits. All our prices include UK VAT at 20% where applicable and are shown in British Pounds (GBP). UK delivery starts at £4.95 and is free on orders over £50.

Sustainability, realistically

We're a small business and we believe in progress over greenwashing. We don't overproduce — we reorder the pieces customers love, rather than building huge stocks of things nobody wanted. We use recyclable outer packaging where possible. We're honest about what we're still working on. We promise to keep improving and to tell you when we do.

Behind the name

"Velour" for the softness, the plush, the feeling of quality. "& Co" because we're not doing this alone — every woman who wears our pieces, every reviewer who tells us what fits, every customer who emails us with a question or a suggestion is part of the company. Thank you for being here.
