Shipping Policy

We ship discreetly to customers across the United Kingdom. All orders are packaged in plain, unbranded outer packaging for your privacy. Because we ship directly from our trusted supplier partner, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive — we think it's worth the wait.
1. UK delivery

2. How it breaks down
- Handling: 1–3 working days (order preparation and dispatch)
- Transit: 5–10 working days (tracked international express to your door)
- Total: 6–13 working days from order to delivery
3. Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday–Friday enter our handling queue the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday are added to the queue the next working day.
4. Delivery areas
We currently ship to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship outside the UK.
5. Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our partner warehouse. You can follow its journey all the way to your door via the DHL, FedEx or UPS tracking portal.
6. Discreet packaging
All parcels are sent in plain outer packaging with no mention of "lingerie" or branding on the outside. The sender is shown as Velour & Co.
7. Duties and taxes
All UK prices include VAT where applicable. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes to pay on arrival — we handle those so you don't have to.
8. Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please email contact@velourandco.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate immediately and either resend or refund in full.
9. Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus outbound postage, or re-send on payment of a second delivery fee.
